Arts, culture events at NIC

The public is invited to visit the North Idaho College Boswell Corner Gallery for a student art exhibition.
The exhibition is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Fridays through May 3 in Boswell Hall on NIC’s Coeur d’Alene campus.
The gallery is free and open to the public.
At 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, the NIC Jazz ensemble will perform a "Swinging into Spring" concert of hot big band arrangements at the Schuler Performing Arts Center in Boswell Hall.
Also coming up at NIC, the Aspiring Artists club will host a ceramic sale in Driftwood Bay in the Edminster Student Union Building from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 29. The sale will consist of pieces done in a high fire reduction.
