CENTER: The very best care

| January 19, 2018 12:00 AM

They are the healers, givers, and even soldiers who fight on behalf of their patients’ well-being and ensure the integrity of their patients’ emotional and physical health. They are beloved mothers, aspiring students and adventurous souls who chose a field to serve their community in a specialized and challenging industry that treats the complex diseases of cancer, MS and rheumatoid arthritis. They are nurses of the Kootenai County Interlake Cancer Services Center. They serve as a testament to the greatness of our region and ensure its continuing progress toward unearthing cures that not only save lives, but allow them to be lived to the fullest.

Being an outpatient now for three years here and 14 years altogether, I extend my sincerest gratitude to them and the service they provide daily and sacrifices they make.

I will not allow anyone to sway my mind in believing that Coeur d’Alene has one of the greatest groups of nurses in the health care industry. I treasure their care, appreciate their tenderness and am ever inspired by their love for life.

Thank you for your work.
