North Idaho College Foundation Really BIG Raffle early bird deadline April 30
The 31st annual Really BIG Raffle grand prize home is under construction at 1909 W. Moselle Drive in Greenstone’s desirable Coeur d’Alene Place community.

COEUR d'ALENE — Time is running out to qualify for early bird prizes in the North Idaho College Foundation’s 31st annual Really BIG Raffle drawing.
Participants qualify for a chance to win a new Coeur d’Alene home, a 2024 new Ford Bronco Sport valued at $32,000, a $2,000 home furnishings gift card and a Traeger smoker package valued at $1,500, but those early birds who purchase tickets by April 30 also automatically qualify for a chance to win two additional $1,000 Costco gift card prizes.
This year’s grand prize home is a 2,338-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-bath home under construction at 1909 W. Moselle in Coeur d’Alene, valued at $563,000.
The home will be loaded with upgrades and special features such as quartz countertops, a large covered back patio and an extended front porch.
Tickets are $150 and 5,000 will be sold for this fundraiser that supports student success and educational excellence throughout North Idaho College. About 1,600 tickets remain.
Idaho residents can buy tickets at nic.edu/rbr or by phone at 208-769-3271. Out-of-state residents can purchase tickets with cash or check at North Idaho outlets including Super 1 Foods in Kootenai County and Sandpoint, Yoke’s Fresh Market in Post Falls, and Watson’s Market in Osburn.
Tickets can also be purchased at the NIC Workforce Training Center or the NIC Foundation office.
